The Taste of Soul "The Hashery" is a family friendly safe welcoming environment. Our establishment has been located on 423 Elmwood Avenue since February 11, 2022. Our black owned business has fed the Buffalo Community for over 15+ years.
Ms. Country — has made Buffalo her home serving the Fruit-Belt community since her collegiate days. Miss Country's southern fried chicken and soul food sides have been popular in the neighborhood and among the city of Buffalo.
A Taste of Soul's Food Truck has participated in a host of festivals, carnivals, special events and catering.
Over the years, Ms. Country's extravagant personality has allowed this establishment to have over 500+ reoccurring loyal customers from cities all over including but not limited to; Rochester, Niagara Falls, New York City, Charlotte NC, Ohio, Canada and Denver CO.
Ms. Country's no-nonsense zero toleration policy has also allowed her to enable a new set of restaurant policies for all new and returning customers.

We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home. We always love to see you in person, but even when we can't we ensure that your dining experience is top notch!
